Zoho Campaigns Automation We're looking for an expert Zoho Campaigns specialist for a one-time project: automate a re-engagement email cadence that triggers whenever a deal is marked "lost" in Zoho CRM. Scope - Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Campaigns so a lost deal automatically triggers an email cadence - Build the automated cadence workflow (multiple touchpoints over time — recommend sequence/timing based on best practice) - We will supply the email copy; you handle setup, formatting, and merge fields (name, deal details, etc.) - Emails should look plain/personal — no graphic design, minimal formatting - Test the full automation end-to-end (deal marked lost → cadence fires correctly) - Support segmented cadences by account type/industry, so different customer segments receive different email sequences - Handoff with brief documentation so we can manage it ourselves going forward
