AI Automation Agency Needed (GoHighLevel, n8n, Make.com)

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced AI automation agency (not individual freelancers) to design, build, and deliver a large-scale automation project. This is a big-scope task involving multiple interconnected workflows, so we need a team that has handled complex automation projects end-to-end, from strategy to deployment. What We Need Strong hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnels, pipelines, workflows, CRM automation, custom integrations Advanced experience with n8n — building and maintaining complex, multi-step automation workflows Proven expertise in Make.com (Integromat) — connecting multiple apps/APIs into smooth automated systems Solid understanding of AI automation — integrating AI models/APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) into business workflows for tasks like lead qualification, chatbots, content generation, data processing, etc. Ability to connect and automate across multiple platforms (CRMs, APIs, webhooks, databases, third-party apps) Experience handling large/complex projects with multiple modules — not just simple single-step automations Scope of Work Understand our business requirements and map out the full automation architecture Build and connect workflows across GHL, n8n, and Make.com as needed Integrate AI tools/APIs into the automation flow where required Test, debug, and optimize all workflows for reliability Document the system clearly so it can be maintained/updated in the future Ongoing support/maintenance availability post-delivery (preferred) Requirements to Apply Please do not apply without sharing the following: Your agency's portfolio showing real, completed projects in: GoHighLevel automation n8n workflows Make.com automations AI automation integrations Case studies or examples of large/complex automation projects you've delivered (not just basic setups) Team size and roles available for this project Your estimated timeline and process for handling a large-scope project Notes This is a big project, so please only apply if your agency has the bandwidth and proven experience to handle a large task end-to-end.
