About us: ----------- AccuLine develops CORA, an AI-powered point-of-care platform for early detection of coronary artery disease. The project: -------------- Build an agent that scans a Sent Items mailbox of approximately 35,000 emails in Outlook for Mac and classifies every thread against a defined rulebook, producing a structured Excel output listing only the threads that meet the criteria. Full rulebook (exclusion patterns, inclusion phrases, LLM fallback logic, output schema) provided on engagement. What you will do: -------------------- Take a spec and build the agent that answers it. Everything: authentication, data extraction, the logic, the LLM calls, the output file, tests, and a README that a non-technical person can follow. Work with real data. In our case: Hebrew and English together, HTML and plain text, inconsistency. There are cases we checked by hand. You run against them and report the numbers. Read the logs and find the real cause. Usually the problem is one small assumption somewhere, and the only sign of it is inside a large log file. This is a big part of the job. Say when the spec is wrong. It happens often, and we prefer to hear it in the first week. Requirements: ----------------- 1. Real experience with Claude Code - Skills, subagents, hooks, MCP servers. Running long multi-step tasks and understanding why they fail. If you only used chat interfaces, this is not the role for you. 2. Agents that other people used, not demos. Meaning you already handled issues like cost control, making it run on someone else's computer, and knowing when one script is better than five agents. 3. Python — proficient. You debugged code you did not write. 4. APIs and OAuth — a good understanding of how these mechanisms work. 5. Messy text — regex, encodings, HTML to text, email quoted chains. 6. Word and Excel from code — python-docx, openpyxl. Git, with commit messages another person can understand. 7. Outlook for Mac and Microsoft Graph API — able to authenticate and pull mail programmatically from this specific setup. 8. Advantage Microsoft Graph / Microsoft 365 Hebrew Conditions: ------------- Project based. Fully remote, from anywhere. 3–4 hours a day of overlap with 09:00–18:00 Israel time. Strong written English. Hebrew is an advantage.
