AI Automation & Business Systems Consultant - CLAUDE AI EXPERT

I’m a solo business owner looking for an AI Automation & Business Systems Consultant to design and implement a low-maintenance operating system using CLAUDE AI. My primary tools currently include Notion and Slack, with additional email, calendar, CRM, project-management, file-storage, and accounting workflows to assess. My largest recurring activities are sales follow-up, managing work, administration and scheduling, and marketing/content. I do not want coaching on how to build the system myself. I want someone to audit the workflows, implement the system, test it, document it, and provide post-launch support. Initial deliverables should include a Notion operating system, Slack capture, a daily founder brief, sales follow-up automation, meeting workflows, a content pipeline, and a weekly executive review.
