AI Automation & CRM Specialist – Lead Follow-Up & Sales Automation

AI Automation & CRM Specialist – Lead Follow-Up & Sales Automation I own a growing event venue business with multiple locations and am looking for an experienced AI Automation & CRM Specialist to help automate our lead management, sales follow-up, and customer journey. Important: I am in the process of building a customer-facing website chatbot being implemented. I am not looking to build another chatbot. For this first phase, I need someone who can help build the automation behind our existing systems so customer inquiries are captured, organized, and consistently followed up with. Phase 1 – Lead & Sales Automation I would like to automate: * Capture inquiries from our website/chatbot and other lead sources * Add and organize leads within our CRM * Automatically follow up with prospects who don’t respond * Track leads through the sales process * Schedule or integrate venue tours * Trigger follow-up after tours * Notify me when human intervention is needed * Create a consistent process from inquiry → follow-up → booking I currently use HoneyBook, but I’m open to recommendations if another CRM would work better. My preference is to minimize unnecessary monthly subscriptions. This is Phase 1 of a larger project. If we work well together, I would like the same person to potentially help with additional business-process automation and eventually a self-service event booking/checkout system. Ideal Experience Experience with AI automation, CRM automation, n8n/Make/Zapier, API integrations, sales workflows, lead nurturing, and OpenAI/Claude integrations. I prefer a fixed-price project with clearly defined deliverables. If Phase 1 is successful, there is an opportunity to continue working together on additional automation projects.
