Automation Developer (No Code experience)

We’re looking for an Automation Developer with strong no-code / low-code experience to design, build, and maintain automations that streamline internal operations and improve efficiency across teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with operations, product, and business teams to turn workflows into scalable, automated systems—without heavy traditional coding. What You’ll Do • Design and implement automated workflows using Claude Code and similar tools. • Connect and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms and systems • Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and propose automation solutions • Build, test, and maintain reliable automations • Document workflows, logic, and processes clearly • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate • Monitor automations and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Continuously improve existing workflows for performance and scalability What You’ll Need • Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Retool, n8n, Power Automate, etc.) • Experience building end-to-end workflows involving multiple tools or data sources • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures • Ability to translate business needs into functional automation logic • Strong documentation and communication skills Profile Required • Analytical and structured way of thinking • Strong problem-solving mindset • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements • Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability and accuracy • Curious, proactive, and eager to optimize systems • Able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience with databases or spreadsheets (Airtable, Google Sheets, SQL basics) • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or internal ops tools • Light scripting or technical background (not required) • Experience scaling or maintaining automation systems over time Provide examples or descriptions of automations you’ve built.
