AI Automation Developer — Fix Live Bug + Scope Larger Automotive AI Project

Budget: Hourly, $35–65/hr depending on experience — Phase 1 estimated 5–15 hours Location preference: US or Latin America (GMT-3 to GMT-8) for real-time overlap Duration: Phase 1 immediate; Phase 2 ongoing if it's a fit We run an AI-powered sales automation platform for auto dealerships (lead follow-up, database reactivation, appointment booking) built on GoHighLevel and N8N. Right now we have an urgent, scoped bug to fix, and a larger project behind it for the right person. Phase 1 — Immediate (this week): Our speed-to-lead agent for our flagship client is malfunctioning. A previous developer left mid-implementation and some logic broke. We've patched the obvious issues, but there are recurring bugs in the GHL/N8N workflow we haven't been able to fully resolve. We need someone who can get into the workflows, diagnose root cause, and stabilize it fast — this client is our most active account and time-sensitive. What you need for Phase 1: Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, automations, sub-accounts) Strong N8N experience (debugging existing flows, not just building new ones) Comfortable diagnosing someone else's half-broken automation, not just building from scratch Available to start within a day or two of hire Phase 2 — If it's a fit: We have signed partnerships with several major automotive networks (OEM and dealer-group level) giving us access to thousands of dealerships, and we're moving into onboarding at scale. Our current GHL/N8N setup works but wasn't built for the volume we're about to bring on. We're looking for someone who, after Phase 1, wants to take on a larger ongoing role helping us onboard new dealer clients on our current stack, and — for the right person — potentially help shape the roadmap toward a more scalable, proprietary system down the line.
