AI Automation Developer for Assessment System

I am looking for an AI Automation Developer to build a paid online assessment system. A customer will purchase an assessment, receive or access a unique link, complete and submit the assessment, and have their responses graded automatically by AI using a defined answer key and scoring rubric. The system must create a professional results report and email it to the customer within minutes. It should support multiple-choice and written answers, partial-credit scoring, category scores, personalized feedback, training recommendations, payment verification, and administrative review of completed assessments. Experience with Stripe, Make.com or Zapier, OpenAI API, Jotform or Typeform, PDF generation, and automated email delivery is preferred.
