AI Automation Developer for Voice Agent & n8n Workflows

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an intelligent AI Voice Agent using n8n, OpenAI, and voice/telephony APIs. The goal is to create a reliable voice agent that can handle inbound and/or outbound calls, understand conversations, respond naturally, and trigger automated workflows based on the caller's needs. Responsibilities Build and configure an AI Voice Agent Create automation workflows using n8n Integrate OpenAI / LLM APIs for intelligent conversations Integrate voice/telephony platforms such as Twilio, Vapi, Retell, or similar Connect the voice agent with CRMs, databases, APIs, and other business tools Handle call routing, lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-ups, and notifications Build reliable error handling and workflow logic Test and optimize the voice agent for natural and accurate conversations Document the workflows and integrations Ideal Candidate Proven experience building AI Voice Agents Strong experience with n8n automation Experience with OpenAI APIs and LLM-based applications Experience with Twilio, Vapi, Retell, Bland AI, or similar voice platforms Strong knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks Experience integrating CRMs and third-party applications Ability to build production-ready and scalable automation systems Bonus Skills AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems RAG and vector databases CRM automation Lead generation and qualification Appointment scheduling automation WhatsApp/SMS integrations What to Include in Your Proposal Please share: Examples of AI Voice Agents you have built Your experience with n8n Which voice platforms you have worked with A brief explanation of a similar automation you have built We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project and build a reliable, production-ready AI voice automation system.
