AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Builder (Project-Based)

We are a Singapore-based advisory business helping companies improve productivity, operations and growth through AI. Our team designs practical AI solutions for real business problems. We already have the strategy, client relationships and AI roadmap. Now we're looking for two experienced AI builders who can turn specifications into working AI agents for our clients. This is a project-based role with the opportunity for ongoing work as our client base grows. You'll work from detailed briefs prepared by our strategy team. Your role is to: - Build AI agents based on written specifications - Configure and connect AI platforms - Integrate with business tools and APIs - Test and refine workflows - Document your work clearly - Troubleshoot and improve existing agents - Recommend technical improvements where appropriate You won't be expected to define business strategy or determine what should be built- we'll provide that. Projects may include: - Sales automation - Client onboarding agents - Research agents - Operations assistants - CRM automation - Knowledge management assistants - Proposal generation - Marketing automation - Executive assistants - Internal productivity tools - Custom client AI workflows Please only apply if you have proven experience building production-ready AI agents. Ideally you've worked with several of the following: - OpenAI - Claude - n8n - Make.com - Zapier - LangChain - LangGraph - CrewAI - Flowise - Google Workspace APIs - Slack - Notion - HubSpot - Microsoft 365 - REST APIs - Webhooks - Vector databases - RAG implementations You don't need experience with every platform, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly.
