We connect buyers and suppliers across chemicals, fertilizers, metals, energy products and industrial raw materials worldwide. We're looking for an engineer who can build our internal AI platform for lead generation, trade intelligence and business automation. This is not a data analyst position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems that automate complex workflows. Responsibilities Integrate Volza and other trade intelligence platforms through APIs. Build automated pipelines for collecting trade data. Enrich company profiles using LinkedIn, websites and public databases. Develop AI agents that analyze companies and identify potential buyers and suppliers. Create automated workflows using OpenAI APIs and LLMs. Build databases of qualified leads. Develop internal dashboards and search tools. Automate CRM updates. Optimize lead scoring and company ranking. Design scalable architecture for future AI products. Requirements Strong Python. Experience working with APIs. Experience with OpenAI API or other LLMs. SQL. Data engineering. Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar). Git. Cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure). Nice to have LangGraph LangChain CrewAI Vector databases RAG LinkedIn automation Web scraping Trade intelligence platforms (Volza, Panjiva, Datamyne, Import Genius) What success looks like Within six months you will have built an AI platform capable of: automatically identifying companies importing our target commodities; finding decision-makers; generating personalized outreach drafts; ranking the highest-value opportunities; reducing manual research by more than 90%.
