AI Automation Manager (Full-Time) – OpenClaw/ Claude Code / Agents / Internal Tools

Summary We are looking for a full-time AI Automation Manager to join our company and take ownership of building, deploying, and managing AI agents across our operations. This is NOT a freelance or part-time role. This is a long-term, full-time position (40–45 hours/week) with fixed working hours. 🚀 What You’ll Do Your main responsibility is to design and deploy AI agents that improve how our company operates. This includes: Building AI agents for data extraction, automation, and internal workflows Creating tools that empower our team to work faster and smarter Supporting, maintaining, and improving existing AI systems Helping non-technical team members use AI effectively in their daily work Improving visibility and reporting using AI-powered workflows 🧠 Tools & Technologies (Required) You MUST have hands-on experience with: Claude (especially Claude Code) OpenAI (API, Codex, agents) Cursor Manus Open Claw IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for theoretical knowledge.
