AI Automation & Reporting Specialist | Make.com, HubSpot, Shopify, OpenAI

We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us build automated reports for different departments in a growing consumer brand. You will connect data from tools such as HubSpot, Shopify, Apollo, Klaviyo, Make.com, Google Sheets, GA4 and OpenAI, then create clear daily, weekly and monthly reports for the CEO, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Creator Management and Operations teams. Responsibilities * Build and maintain automated reporting workflows * Connect data from multiple platforms * Create department-specific reports and alerts * Handle missing, conflicting or duplicated data * Test, debug and document all workflows * Use AI to summarise data without producing inaccurate information Requirements * Strong experience with Make.com * Experience with APIs, webhooks and data mapping * Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, Google Sheets and OpenAI * Strong research, problem-solving and attention to detail * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision The selected candidate will begin with a one-week paid trial, with the possibility of ongoing work.
