Automation Specialist, Python, GoHighLevel, n8n/Make/Zapier

We're looking for an Automation Specialist to help build and maintain automations across our business, using no-code tools along with some Python and AI where needed. You'll take a process, map it out, and automate it. What you'll do: Build automations in n8n, Make, and/or Zapier connecting our CRM, communication tools, and data systems Set up workflows inside GoHighLevel: pipelines, triggers, funnels, follow-up sequences Write basic Python scripts for tasks the no-code tools can't handle Help set up simple AI features (chatbots, lead qualification, document processing) using OpenAI or similar tools Test automations and fix issues when something breaks Document your workflows clearly so they're easy to understand What we're looking for: Working knowledge of Python (reading and writing basic scripts, using APIs) Experience with GoHighLevel Some exposure to AI tools like OpenAI API or similar Clear written communication Attention to detail To apply, submit a proposal that includes: An example of an automation you've built (tools used, what it did) Your experience with GoHighLevel Any AI tool you've used in a project, even a small one Start your proposal with the word "Pipeline" so we know you read this in full
