We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to integrate an AI-powered Voice Agent with our CRM and Google Calendar. The goal is to create a simple, reliable solution that can answer customer inquiries, collect basic information, and schedule appointments automatically. This is a small fixed-price project focused on core functionality only. Successful completion may lead to additional work and future milestones. Budget: Fixed Price – $100 Scope of Work Integrate an AI Voice Agent using OpenAI and an existing voice platform (Vapi, Retell AI, or similar). Connect the Voice Agent with one CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Integrate Google Calendar for automatic appointment scheduling. Configure basic conversation prompts and call flow. Implement basic API and webhook integrations. Test the complete workflow. Deliver clean, well-documented source code.
