About ARK Labs:We are launching ARK, a specialized AI automation agency dedicated exclusively to modernizing workflows, scheduling, and logistics for real estate agencies, holiday lets, and commercial cleaning firms. As the founder, my background is heavily rooted in industry operations, client acquisition, and project management. We are seeking a reliable, intermediate technical partner to design and build our client solutions on a project-by-project basis. What We Need Built (Deliverables):Our core product offerings include: 1. Connecting booking/property calendars (via APIs or iCal) to Make.com to trigger automated, interactive WhatsApp dispatch workflows for field and cleaning staff. 2. Developing intelligent website or WhatsApp chatbots using Voiceflow or Vapi to pre-qualify inbound property/rental leads 24/7. 3. Setting up smart maintenance routing triggers using webhooks and custom forms. How We Will Work Together: 1. Structure: This is a 100% remote, freelance relationship on a fixed-price per-project basis. 2. Communication: We value clear, plain-English communication. You must be comfortable occasionally joining a brief 10-minute client discovery call as our technical partner to confirm system requirements. 3. Error Handling: You must build robust error-handling routes inside Make.com to alert us of any workflow failures before our clients notice. Requirements: 1.Proven portfolio of successful Make.com and Voiceflow builds. 2. Substantial experience with API integrations, webhooks, and JSON data. 3. High communication skills and reliability.
