AI Automation & Workflow Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to help us turn repetitive business processes into reliable, intelligent workflows. We don’t simply need someone who can connect two apps with Zapier. We want someone who can understand our business processes, identify where automation will have the biggest impact, and build production-ready workflows using AI agents, LLMs, APIs, CRM systems, and workflow automation platforms. The project will involve building workflows that can receive information, analyze and classify it with AI, make decisions based on defined business rules, update our CRM, communicate with customers or internal teams, and trigger the appropriate next steps. What you’ll work on You may be asked to build workflows for lead qualification, CRM updates, customer onboarding, email processing, follow-ups, data enrichment, document processing, internal knowledge retrieval, and customer support. The stack may include n8n, Make, Python, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain/LangGraph, Supabase, vector databases, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, webhooks, and REST APIs . We also need someone who understands the difference between a quick automation and a production system. Workflows should include appropriate validation, error handling, retries, logging, authentication, and human approval where necessary. What we’re looking for You should have hands-on experience building AI-powered business automations , not just experimenting with LLM APIs. Experience with AI agents, RAG, CRM automation, API integrations, webhooks, Python, n8n or similar workflow platforms is highly valuable. Please include 2–3 real examples of automations you've built, explain what the workflow did, which technologies you used, and what business problem it solved.
