AI Automation for High-Quality Document Production (Only Apply with Relevant Demos and Experience)

We are looking for an experienced AI automation / AI solutions expert to help us improve and automate a similar document production workflow, and it should work across industries. We would require customization for 2 businesses/industries. If this works, we are expecting at least dozens more clients who would require this and we are looking to work with someone long-term (the financial compensation would increase a lot more as wel, this project can be seen as a trial for us to try multiple vendors.) Use Case 1 – Education Company The company regularly creates detailed educational materials such as: 20–30 page curriculum documents Worksheets Lesson plans Teaching materials Much of this is currently produced by offshore staff. The cost is manageable, but the process requires a lot of QC and staff management, and the quality is often inconsistent. Use Case 2 – Consulting Firm The consulting firm regularly produces detailed client deliverables, including reports that can reach 100–200+ pages. These involve research, writing, analysis, compilation, formatting and review. A significant amount of production is currently handled by junior/offshore staff, with senior consultants spending substantial time reviewing and correcting the work. What We Want We want to explore how AI can significantly improve this process by: Reducing manual production work Improving document quality and consistency Reducing QC requirements Reducing reliance on junior/offshore manpower Producing documents faster Making better use of the company's existing knowledge, templates, methodologies and previous work We are open to how this should be built. Please let us know. We are not looking for someone to simply connect ChatGPT to a few documents. We want a practical system that can materially improve an existing production workflow. Please do not send generic AI chatbots, voice agents or unrelated automation projects. 2. Show us how you would solve THIS Give us a practical idea of how you would approach one or both of the use cases above. Even better, if you have an existing system that could be adapted to this, show us the system rather than explaining it theoretically. We have real source material, existing documents and examples that can be provided for testing. Our preference is to start with a small proof of concept and evaluate the quality of the output before expanding the system.
