Automotive Parts Data Entry Specialist

We are a European automotive dismantling and parts company specializing in Japanese, Korean and Chinese vehicles. We are looking for an accurate and reliable Automotive Parts Data Entry Specialist for long-term cooperation. You will receive prepared parts lists from our team or from our EPC/OEM parts research specialist. Your job is to enter, clean, standardize and organize this information according to our written Standard Operating Procedure. This is mainly data-entry work. You are not expected to perform complicated OEM part research unless specifically instructed. Main tasks Enter automotive parts information into Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable or our internal system. Copy data from prepared parts lists. Place all information in the correct columns. Standardize part names using our approved terminology. Remove spaces, hyphens or slashes from part numbers when instructed. Check for duplicate entries. Check for missing fields. Correct simple formatting errors. Maintain consistent spelling and capitalization. Add vehicle information such as brand, model, year, variant and VIN/chassis number. Add part information such as category, part name, OEM number, EPC description and remarks. Flag unclear information instead of guessing. Follow our SOP exactly. Never change an OEM number without instruction. Never combine data from different vehicles. Do not add bolts, screws, clips, washers or nuts unless requested. Follow the exact column structure. Mark unclear information for review. Accuracy is more important than speed. Reliable communication. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage. Long-term cooperation This is intended to become a long-term project of more than six months. New vehicles and parts are added to our system regularly, so there will be recurring work for the right person. We will begin with a small paid test. You will receive a prepared parts list and our SOP. The test will show whether you can process the data accurately and consistently.
