Avatar Design for Gaming YouTube Channel

I have a rough drawing I'd like turned into a fun, eye-catching avatar for my gaming YouTube channel. The project requires creativity and strong attention to detail to create a high-quality, engaging avatar that fits my channel's theme. The ideal freelancer should have experience designing avatars and be able to bring a simple sketch into a polished final concept. I will not accept any use of AI. I've attached my rough drawing and a reference of the style I'm aiming for. Cartoonish and is trying to take on "Gorillaz" style art. I'm open for ideas that are fun and could make this even more visually appealing and unique.
