B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Web Design Agency

We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller and appointment setter to contact UK businesses that currently do not have a website. The leads will be provided by us, so no lead generation is required. Your role will be to: * Call the businesses provided on our lead spreadsheet * Make calls between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM UK time * Make outbound calls displaying a UK telephone number * Introduce our web design service and generate interest * Follow a script that we can provide if required * Handle basic objections professionally * Book interested prospects into our Calendly calendar * Update the lead spreadsheet after each call with the outcome and any relevant notes * Clearly mark leads that require a callback, are interested, are not interested, or have booked an appointment The main goal of the role is to generate qualified appointments with business owners who are interested in having a professional website built. We are looking for someone who: * Has previous B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience * Speaks clear and confident English * Is comfortable speaking with UK business owners * Can communicate naturally rather than simply reading from a script * Is organised and able to keep the lead tracker updated accurately * Is reliable and available to make calls between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM UK time * Is able to make calls using a UK telephone number or UK caller ID * Has experience selling web design, digital marketing, SEO, or similar services if possible We will initially start with a small batch of leads as a trial. If the results are good, there is potential for ongoing work and larger batches of leads. This is an hourly role with additional performance-based commission available for successful sales generated from your appointments. When applying, please include: 1.
