B2B Cold Caller-Commercial Cleaning Appointment Setter

L&T Cleaning Company is looking for an experienced cold caller/telemarketer to help us generate new commercial cleaning business. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to local businesses, speak with the owner, manager, or person responsible for janitorial services, and schedule qualified appointments for a cleaning estimate/walkthrough. We will provide the cold-calling script and the type of businesses we are targeting. Your Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound cold calls to businesses 2. Ask to speak with the decision-maker 3. Introduce L&T Cleaning Company and our commercial cleaning services 4. Identify businesses that may be interested in cleaning services 5. Schedule appointments for a cleaning estimate/walkthrough 6. Record the business name, contact person, phone number, email, and appointment date/time 7. Follow the provided calling script and qualification requirements Qualified Appointment Requirements: An appointment qualifies for payment when: You have spoken with the owner, manager, or person responsible for hiring the cleaning company They have agreed to receive a cleaning quote/walkthrough A specific date and time has been scheduled The appointment is with a legitimate commercial business in our target service area Compensation: $30 per qualified appointment. This is a performance-based position. There is no hourly pay. You are paid for qualified appointments that meet the requirements above. We are looking for someone who is comfortable making cold calls, confident speaking with business owners/managers, and capable of handling rejection professionally. Experience with commercial cleaning, janitorial services, B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing is preferred.
