B2B Cold Caller / Sales Rep

Job Description We are a business telecom & cloud PBX provider launching an exclusive pilot offer for local businesses: 1 Month Free Business Phone Line Service + $10/user/month going forward (No long-term contracts, full feature set, zero risk trial). We are hiring experienced B2B outbound cold callers to reach small-to-medium business owners (medical/dental clinics, auto shops, law firms, real estate agencies, contractors) and get them onboarded onto our platform. Compensation Structure (100% MRR Commission) You earn 100% of the customer's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for every business you bring onboard. There is no cap on earnings. 1-Line Business ($10/mo bill): You make $10 5-Line Business ($50/mo bill): You make $50 10-Line Business ($100/mo bill): You make $100 20-Line Business ($200/mo bill): You make $200 Fast-Track Payout Policy (Anti-Fraud & Rules) To protect both our agents and our business, payouts are executed under a strict, fair policy: Existing Number Port-Ins (Fast-Track Payout): When a business ports their existing main phone lines over to our service, your full commission is released IMMEDIATELY as soon as the port request documents (LOA/Phone Bill) are submitted and verified. New Phone Numbers (Milestone Payout): For accounts taking new numbers on the 1-month free trial, 30% of your commission is paid immediately upon verified onboarding call completion, and the remaining 70% is paid automatically once their Month 2 paid invoice clears. No Fake Leads: All sales are verified via a brief onboarding call with the actual decision-maker. Requirements Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telecommunications sales. High-level English proficiency and gatekeeper navigation skills. Must be comfortable working on a 100% Performance/Commission basis.
