B2B Cold Caller for Cleaning Services

We are a growing cleaning company looking for an experienced B2B Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help generate new commercial cleaning accounts. The primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to apartment communities and property management companies to introduce our cleaning services and identify the appropriate decision-maker, such as the Property Manager or Community Manager. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: * Previous B2B cold calling and sales experience * Strong English communication skills * Confidence speaking with property managers and business decision-makers * Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers * A professional, persistent, and friendly personality * Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural conversation * Experience selling cleaning, janitorial, home services, commercial services, or other service-based businesses is highly preferred * Apartment/property management sales experience is a major plus We are looking for someone who can do more than simply make calls.
