B2B Cold Outreach & Business Development Specialist (SaaS / Tech)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Email & Outreach Lead to drive our outbound lead generation, set up outbound sales funnels, and assist with strategic business development for our SaaS brand. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building deliverable cold email infrastructure, crafting compelling copy, sourcing high-quality B2B prospect lists, and closing or booking qualified sales meetings. Responsibilities: * Targeting & Sourcing: Identify and build targeted B2B prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc. * Copywriting & Campaigns: Craft high-converting cold email sequences, follow-ups, and personalized outreach messages. * Outreach Execution: Launch, track, and optimize multi-channel B2B cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn). * Lead Handling & BizDev: Qualify incoming leads, manage initial responses, and schedule sales calls for the team. * Reporting & Strategy: Monitor key metrics (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked) and continuously iterate strategies to maximize ROI. Requirements: * Proven track record of successful B2B cold email campaigns and business development. * Deep knowledge of email deliverability best practices and cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo). * Excellent written English and B2B sales copywriting skills. * Strong understanding of SaaS marketing, tech buyer personas, and sales funnels. * Ability to work independently and optimize outreach processes end-to-end.
