Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Commission Only, Uncapped) I run a marketing agency that helps home remodelers (kitchen & bath) get more jobs. I'm looking for cold callers to dial local remodelers, qualify them, and book the good ones onto a call with our team. You book, we close. Simple. The role: - Call kitchen & bath remodeling owners from a list we give you - Open with genuine interest, qualify them (are they the owner, do they actually want more work, are they a real fit) - Book the qualified ones onto a 20 to 30 minute call with our closer - Log it and hand it off. You don't close, you don't quote pricing. You just book quality calls. Pay (commission only, uncapped): - $300 for every deal that closes from a call you booked - No cap. The more qualified calls you book, the more you make. Strong setters book multiple a day. - Paid through Upwork per closed deal. - This is commission only, no hourly and no base. If you need guaranteed pay, this isn't for you. If you back yourself and want real upside, it is. What I'm looking for: - Real cold-calling / appointment-setting experience - Clear, confident English on the phone (you're calling US business owners) - Hungry and reliable, able to dial around 100 a day - Someone who qualifies HARD.
