B2B Company Research Analyst (UK Market)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to identify UK businesses that match our ideal client profile. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity for long-term work as part of a growing outsourced finance business. -Your Responsibilities Research UK companies using publicly available online sources Identify key decision makers (CEO, Managing Director, Finance Director, etc.) Find verified business email addresses Gather business information including: Industry Estimated annual turnover (or the best available indication of company size) Number of employees Finance team structure (where publicly available) Accounting software (where publicly available) Other business systems (where publicly available) Recent hiring activity Recent growth indicators Record all information accurately in our CRM using our research template Follow a documented research process and methodology -We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent attention to detail Has experience researching UK businesses Can confidently verify information using multiple sources Has excellent written English Is organised, reliable and able to follow documented processes Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Access to research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, Clay or similar is an advantage but not essential. Please list any research tools or subscriptions you currently use in your application. Initially, we're looking for someone to produce approximately 12–15 high-quality company profiles per day. Quality and accuracy are significantly more important than volume. -Performance Bonus In addition to your hourly rate, you'll be eligible for a performance-based commission. If a company you've researched ultimately becomes a client, you'll receive a bonus as part of our lead generation incentive scheme. This is designed to reward researchers who consistently identify high-quality businesses that are a strong fit for our services.
