B2B Competitive Research / Mystery Shopping

We’re looking for someone to go through the full sales process of an ecommerce-focused agency so we can better understand how they structure and sell one of their offers. This is not just a website research project. We want someone who can go through the actual sales process and document the experience from beginning to end. The main deliverable is a complete record of the sales journey, including: Initial application / inquiry process Emails, texts, and other sales follow-up Sales calls and follow-up calls Call recordings where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed/consented to Sales decks, proposals, pricing, and other materials they provide Contract / agreement if they provide one during the process Follow-up communication after the calls Detailed notes on how the offer was positioned, explained, and sold We’re especially interested in the details that aren’t available publicly: pricing structure, terms, guarantees, how they qualify prospects, how the sales process works, and how the agreement is structured. Experience with ecommerce, Shopify, digital marketing, agency sales, or competitive research would be a big plus. Ideally, you have a legitimate ecommerce business or are authorized to represent one, since the agency primarily works with established ecommerce companies.
