B2B Lead Generation & Data Scrubbing Specialist (Apollo, CRM, List Building)

We are growing our team and need a meticulous, detail-oriented Data Research and Scrubbing Specialist to build targeted prospect lists for our outbound outreach campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential target accounts and decision-makers that match our ideal target profile (ITP), ensuring all contact data is accurate, verified, and ready for BD team to call or email. Key Responsibilities Prospect Identification: Research companies and key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, VPs, Directors) matching our specific ITP across various platforms Data Scrubbing & Enrichment: Clean, format, and validate raw data to remove duplicates, outdated titles, or bounced contacts. Contact Information Gathering: Find and verify professional email addresses, direct phone numbers/extensions, and LinkedIn profile URLs. CRM / Spreadsheet Management: Organize all gathered data neatly into Google Sheets/Excel or our CRM with high precision and attention to detail. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular self-audits of the data to maintain a high bounce-rate threshold and ensure maximum outreach deliverability. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in B2B lead generation, data scrubbing, list building, or web research. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Apollo or similar platforms, Excel, Microsoft Excel, and email verification tools. Exceptional Accuracy: High attention to detail with zero tolerance for messy formatting, spelling errors, or outdated data. Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to understand targeting criteria and report progress clearly. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet weekly data delivery quotas.
