B2B Lead Generation & List Building – Civil Engineering

I'm the owner of a traffic engineering firm based in Tampa. I'm looking for a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to help build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida region. Our services support other firms and companies working on private land development projects — we typically work as a subconsultant, so your research targets will primarily be: - Civil engineering firms - Land developers - General contractors and construction companies What you'll do: - Research and build detailed prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, county permit portals, Goofle, and Google Maps - Identify key decision-makers at each company along with accurate contact info - Use AI tools to speed up research, enrich contact data, and organize lists efficiently - Organize and maintain lead lists in a shared spreadsheet or CRM - Flag high-potential leads for outreach This role does not involve cold calling or direct outreach — your focus is purely on research, list building, and lead qualification. Experience with lead generation, market research, or data enrichment is necessary. Comfort using AI tools to speed up research and improve data accuracy is a big plus.
