B2B Lead Generation Specialist – UK Corporate Wellbeing Workshops | Pay Per Qualified Meeting We’re looking for an experienced B2B lead generation specialist to generate qualified meetings with HR, People, Employee Experience and Wellbeing decision-makers at UK companies. What We Sell We deliver practical, high-energy workplace movement and performance workshops designed for company-wide initiatives such as: Wellbeing Weeks Movement Weeks Employee Wellbeing Days Health & Wellness initiatives Employee Experience programmes We already have a proven workshop format, corporate clients, strong brand logos, testimonials and founder credentials. Typical workshop value is £500–£1,000+. This is not a product-development or marketing role. The offer already exists. Your job is simply to get it in front of the right buyers. What We're Looking For We want someone who can: Identify UK companies running or planning relevant wellbeing, movement or employee-engagement initiatives. Find the appropriate HR / People / Wellbeing / Employee Experience decision-maker. Conduct personalised outbound through LinkedIn, email, calling or other appropriate channels. Generate genuine interest. Book qualified meetings directly into our calendar. We are particularly interested in someone who knows how to find buying signals and trigger events, rather than simply scraping thousands of HR contacts and mass-emailing them. For example, discovering that a company is planning a Wellbeing Week and approaching the person responsible for programming it is significantly more valuable to us than sending generic cold emails to 500 HR Directors. What Counts as a Qualified Meeting? To qualify for payment: The prospect must be a relevant HR, People, Wellbeing, Employee Experience or equivalent decision-maker/influencer. They must represent an appropriate UK employer. They must understand that the conversation relates to corporate movement/wellbeing workshops. They must have expressed genuine interest in discussing the workshop or an upcoming relevant initiative. They must attend the meeting. We do not pay for scraped leads, calendar bookings with no demonstrated interest, irrelevant contacts or no-shows. Compensation £75 per attended qualified meeting PLUS £100 bonus for every workshop that closes from your meetings. There is no cap. We will handle the sales calls and closing. Your responsibility is prospect identification, outreach and meeting generation. Initial Trial We will start with a small paid trial focused on generating the first 3 qualified meetings. If the quality is strong and the economics work, we want to build an ongoing relationship and increase volume.
