MachinaLogic provides practical capacity-planning support for small and midsized manufacturers that need to determine whether they can safely accept additional demand while maintaining delivery commitments. I am seeking a B2B manufacturing outreach specialist for a small, controlled pilot—not a bulk lead list or automated email blast. Pilot scope: * Research 25 qualified U.S. manufacturers * Focus on CNC machine shops, job shops, precision manufacturers, and contract manufacturers * Target approximately 20–200 employees * Prioritize Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania * Identify an owner, president, operations leader, plant manager, or production manager * Find a verified business email and relevant source links * Document why each company may be a fit, including evidence of hiring, growth, expansion, new equipment, backlog, delivery pressure, or increased customer demand * Write a personalized first message for each prospect * Send the approved outreach * Send one appropriate follow-up to nonresponders * Record all activity and responses in a shared spreadsheet * Hand qualified interested responses directly to me Before outreach begins, I must approve: 1. An initial sample of five target companies 2. The outreach message and follow-up 3. The proposed sending method and sender identity A qualified interested response means a relevant decision-maker acknowledges the capacity-planning issue and agrees to receive more information or have a conversation. An email open, automated reply, or generic acknowledgment does not count as interest. Required deliverable fields: * Company name and website * Location and approximate employee count * Manufacturing capabilities * Decision-maker name, title, verified business email, and LinkedIn profile * Source links * Reason the company may be a fit * First message sent and date * Follow-up sent and date * Response and status * Recommended next action Important requirements: * Excellent written English * Experience reaching U.S. B2B decision-makers * Manufacturing or industrial outreach experience strongly preferred * No cold calling unless I approve it separately in writing * No purchased bulk lists, mass blasting, fabricated contacts, or unauthorized scraping * No contacting my current employer or its customers * No claims, guarantees, pricing changes, or promises beyond the approved messaging * Outreach must use truthful identification, business contact information, reasonable personalization, and comply with applicable platform and email rules * Do not request access to my personal LinkedIn, Gmail, or other account credentials This is a 7–10 day fixed-price pilot. No response or sales volume is guaranteed. Payment is for the agreed research, personalized outreach, follow-up, documentation, and accurate reporting. In your proposal, please include: 1.
