B2B Outbound Researcher / SDR for AI Infrastructure Startup (Part-Time, Ongoing)
Worldwide
Krishna Labs builds Kalairos — an agent platform for AI companies that need audit-grade memory. Every fact we store carries provenance, timestamps, and a trust score, so an AI agent can answer not just "what's true now" but "what did we believe on March 3rd, and why." Our buyers are AI companies selling into regulated industries — legal, medical, finance — where "the AI said so" doesn't survive a compliance review. We're small, early, and moving fast. I'm the founder and I do the selling. What I don't have time for is the work BEFORE the conversation — finding the right companies, finding the right person inside them, and getting a well-researched first touch out the door. That's this role. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Build and maintain a target account list of AI companies in legal, medical, finance, and compliance verticals — typically companies that have raised a Series A or later and sell AI into a regulated industry. • For each account, identify the right contact: usually a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Platform, or Head of Trust & Safety. Find a verified email and LinkedIn profile. • Write a short research note per account: what they build, who they sell to, what compliance pressure they're under, and the one specific reason Kalairos is relevant to them. Three sentences, not three paragraphs. • Draft personalized first-touch emails from a template I'll provide. You draft, I review and send for the first month. After that, you send. • Track everything in a shared sheet: account, contact, status, last touch, next step. Keep it clean — I should never have to ask "where are we with X?" • Weekly: a five-line summary of what went out, what came back, and what's stuck. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of B2B outbound or lead generation, ideally selling to technical buyers (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs). • You can read a technical product page and correctly explain what the product does. This is my number one filter. Most applicants can't do it. • Strong written English — your emails go out under my company's name. • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or Clay (or similar), and Google Sheets. Tell me which tools you already have access to. • Self-directed. I will not be managing you hour by hour. NICE TO HAVE • You've sold developer tools, API products, or B2B infrastructure before. • You understand what "SOC 2" and "HIPAA" mean to a buyer and why they care. DETAILS • 10 hours per week to start, with a weekly cap. Ongoing. • Every hire starts with a paid 5-hour trial task before we commit to a weekly schedule. • Fully remote, any timezone, as long as you're responsive. HOW TO APPLY Please skip the template cover letter — I don't read them. Answer the screening questions instead. Substantive answers get shortlisted; generic ones get archived.
