# B2B Outbound Sales & Lead Generation System Builder We are launching a **website service for small and local businesses** and are looking for an experienced B2B outbound sales expert to help us build a complete, repeatable lead generation and appointment-setting system. **This is NOT simply a cold-calling or lead-list-building position.** We need someone who has experience **building outbound sales systems from scratch** and can help us create the system that our future appointment setters and salespeople will use. ## Our Business Model We identify small/local businesses with outdated, poorly designed, underperforming, or nonexistent websites. Our sales process will ultimately look like: **Target Business → Prospecting → Cold Outreach → Appointment → Website Demo → Proposal → Close → Monthly Customer** Our goal is to create a system that works with one salesperson first and can eventually be scaled across multiple appointment setters. ## What We Need You to Build We want your expertise in developing: * Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and industries to target * Strategy for finding businesses with poor/outdated websites * Lead sourcing and qualification system * Recommended lead databases and prospecting tools * CRM setup and sales pipeline * Cold-calling strategy and scripts * Gatekeeper and objection-handling scripts * Voicemail strategy * Email/SMS follow-up sequences * Appointment-setting process * Follow-up process for prospects who don't initially book * Daily SOP/workflow for our future appointment setters * KPI dashboard and sales tracking * Recommendations for dialers, CRM, automation and other software * Process for testing and improving the system We are open to recommendations and **do not expect you to simply follow our ideas**. We are hiring an expert because we want someone who can tell us what should be changed, added or removed based on their experience. ## What Success Looks Like At the end of this project, we want a functioning system where we can hire an appointment setter, give them the process and tools, and have them begin prospecting and booking qualified website demos. The system should also be documented so we can eventually train additional salespeople and scale outbound volume. ## Who We're Looking For Strong candidates will have proven experience with: * B2B outbound sales * Cold calling * Appointment setting * Lead generation * CRM/sales pipeline development * Sales automation * Sales SOP development Experience working with **web design agencies, digital marketing agencies, SaaS companies or companies selling services to small businesses** is highly preferred. ## When Applying Please answer these questions: 1.
