This is NOT just a cold email project. The objective is to build a complete outbound machine capable of generating qualified meetings with business owners across the United States. The system should include: • Apollo for prospect sourcing • Clay for data enrichment • Email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, deliverability) • Instantly or Smartlead campaign setup • LinkedIn automation • SMS outreach • GoHighLevel integration • CRM automation • AI-assisted personalization • Multi-step sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and voicemail where appropriate • Reporting dashboards Ideal workflow: 1. Find qualified prospects 2. Enrich data with Clay 3. Verify emails 4. Push prospects into outreach campaigns 5. Execute coordinated email, LinkedIn, and SMS sequences 6. Automatically route replies into GoHighLevel 7. Book appointments 8.
