B2B Partner Recruiter — Reseller Rights Program (Commission-Based, No Cap)

We're recruiting an experienced outreach/sales professional to help us find and close reseller partners for [TOOL/VERTICAL NAME] — a live, working business-management platform (CRM + operations), not a concept pitch. What you'll do - Run outbound outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, calls — your method, your channel) to find potential partners: individuals or small agencies who want exclusive rights to resell this tool in their market or niche. - Pitch and close partners on acquiring those reseller rights. - Hand off signed partners to our team for onboarding. What we provide - We build supporting sales material as you need it — landing pages, demo environments, pitch decks — tailored to what your prospects respond to, so closing gets easier as we learn together. - A live, already-running product to sell — not vaporware. Compensation - 50% commission on each partner's first-year subscription value (base price €480 + VAT/year → €240 commission per signed partner). - Paid out monthly, in step with when we actually collect payment from the partner — not a lump sum upfront. - Commission runs for 12 months per signed partner, then stops (the subscription continues, the commission window doesn't). - Target: 100 signed partners = €24,000 total commission pool for this engagement. Scale beyond that is negotiable once we're working together. Who we're looking for - Proven track record in B2B outreach, channel/reseller recruitment, or SaaS partnership development — not cold-calling consumers. - Comfortable working commission-only, with a real product behind the pitch. - Bonus: experience closing reseller, franchise, or licensing-style deals.
