B2B Performance Media Buyer & Coach

I’m looking for an experienced B2B performance media buyer and coach to help TrueCare Cleaning Services build a repeatable customer acquisition system for commercial cleaning in Regina, Saskatchewan. The primary focus is construction companies, general contractors, builders, and property developers, with secondary audiences including property managers, facility managers, and commercial businesses. I want someone to work hands-on with me while teaching me the process, including audience research, offer and messaging development, ad creative testing, landing pages, conversion tracking, attribution, campaign analysis, and optimization. I’m not looking for someone to take over the account. Please share relevant case studies, industries worked with, approximate ad spend/results, Meta/Google experience, coaching experience, and your hourly or project rate.
