Job Title: B2B Research Caller — Spanish and English (South/Central America, then USA) Job Description: Mengi Machinery buys and sells used printing and packaging machines. We work with companies in many countries. We are looking for one part-time person to make research calls for us. IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB. You will not sell machines and you will not pitch anything. You will call printing, packaging, box, and label companies and ask them simple questions: which machine technicians and installers do they use, and which local machine dealers do they buy from. We want to build a list of these technicians and dealers. -------------------------------------------------- 🌍 WHO YOU WILL CALL -------------------------------------------------- 1. First: South America and Central America (calls in Spanish) 2. Later: USA (calls in English) -------------------------------------------------- 📋 WHAT YOU WILL DO -------------------------------------------------- • Call print shop owners and production managers using our online CRM. The calling system is built in (Twilio), so you do not need your own phone. • Ask the research questions we give you. • Write the answers, contact details, and notes in the CRM right after each call. • Join a 30-minute Zoom call with the owner at the end of each work day. -------------------------------------------------- 🤖 HOW YOUR WORK IS CHECKED (AI AUDITING) -------------------------------------------------- Calls and CRM notes are recorded and reviewed by an AI system. It checks: - When you called and how many calls you made during your work hours - How long the calls were and whether you followed the script - Whether you told the person the call is recorded We use this to decide if you pass the trial and continue to the regular position. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this. -------------------------------------------------- 🎯 WHAT YOU NEED -------------------------------------------------- • Native Spanish and Fluent English (Fluent English is REQUIRED for USA calls and daily Zoom calls with the owner) • Comfortable talking on the phone with business owners and managers • Reliable, organised, and careful with details • Quiet place to work, a computer, a headset, and good internet • Available for 2 continuous days in a week (15 hours a week), 7.5 hours each day -------------------------------------------------- 💰 PAY AND SCHEDULE -------------------------------------------------- STEP 1 — PAID TRIAL: $50 TOTAL ($25 Day 1 + $25 Day 2) You find your own leads (printing and packaging companies in South/Central America with a website and 10 or more employees), call them through our CRM, and record the technician and dealer names you find. This takes about 1-2 days. We pay $25 for Day 1 and $25 for Day 2 ($50 total) when the trial is finished and reviewed. STEP 2 — PART-TIME POSITION: $300/MONTH, THEN $350/MONTH If the trial goes well, you join us as a regular part-time worker. - We give you the lead lists. You do not search for leads. - Days: 2 continuous days in a week (15 hours a week total) - Hours: 7.5 hours per day (e.g. 10:00 - 17:30 your local time). This is 7 hours of calling and research plus the 30-minute Zoom call with the owner. - Pay: $300 for the first month, then $350 per month from the second month. - After 6 months we review your work and your pay.
