Our website: https://decisionbox.io The Role We're looking for a sales professional who can generate qualified leads, get them into a free 2-week POC, and close the deal afterward. This is an end-to-end sales role — prospecting through signature — not just handoff-and-forget lead gen. What You'll Do - Identify and reach out to target companies (you can define your own ICP with our input, or we can point you at verticals we're already succeeding in) - Qualify leads and secure commitment to a free 2-week POC - Coordinate the POC with our technical team - Run the sales process through to a closed annual contract Compensation - Lead generation pay: per qualified lead that results in a committed POC - Commission on closed deals: 20% - %50 commission, uncapped, no ceiling - Deal size: annual contracts typically $20,000–$250,000 USD, and can go higher based on the customer's usage - Commission-heavy structure — the better you sell, the more you earn, with no cap How to Apply Send a short note on your relevant sales experience, deal sizes you've closed, and (if you have one) your approach to generating B2B leads in the data/analytics/AI space.
