We are expanding our B2B division and building a small, elite remote sales team. This is not a churn-and-burn call center role — it’s a high-ownership sales position with real earning potential and long-term growth. If you are a proven B2B closer who wants performance-based income and stability, this role is built for you. 🎯 Role Overview You will own the full B2B sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Closing → Repeat business Your job is simple: 👉 bring in new business 👉 close deals 👉 grow accounts 👉 get paid for performance We want someone who treats this like a business inside a business. 💼 What You’ll Do • Handle inbound business inquiries and convert them into booked training • Cold call and prospect decision-makers (HR, safety managers, training leads) • Create quotes and proposals and close B2B deals • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and follow-up system • Track deposits, payments, and onboarding • Build long-term client relationships and recurring contracts • Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets • Represent our brand professionally with North American clients ✅ Must-Have Requirements • 3+ years B2B sales experience • 1+ year cold calling in a B2B environment • Proven track record of hitting targets (you will be asked for numbers) • Excellent spoken and written English • Comfortable with CRMs and remote tools • Self-disciplined and independent • Reliable internet + quiet workspace We are looking for closers — not beginners. ⭐ Nice-to-Haves • Experience selling services, SaaS, or training • Outbound lead generation experience • North American client experience • Appointment setting / pipeline building 🕒 Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm EST Occasional weekend availability 100% remote 💰 Compensation & Growth • Base: $7–18 USD/hour (experience dependent) • Uncapped commissions in a robust industry with high retention—featuring a highly competitive compensation plan with the potential to double your earnings • High performers scale quickly • Long-term contract-to-hire opportunity • Clear path to leadership for top producers This role rewards output.
