LinkedIn Prospecting Strategist: Build Two ICP Lists, Search Logic and Outreach System
Worldwide
. Title: B2B Targeting Strategist & LinkedIn Sales Navigator Architect — 3–4 Hour Setup I’m hiring an experienced B2B targeting strategist and LinkedIn Sales Navigator architect for one complete 3-to-4-hour setup-and-training engagement. I run a US-based professional service helping B2B SaaS companies move enterprise deals forward when security reviews, questionnaires, evidence requests, vendor-risk assessments, or procurement processes begin to stall. The strategy has two concurrent lanes: * Continuous direct outreach to relevant B2B SaaS accounts * One concentrated referral-partner ecosystem explored each month, beginning with independent security advisors and selected fractional vCISOs I need more than generic title searches. Relevant responsibilities vary considerably, and some apparent referral partners may actually be competitors or potential delivery resources. Deliverables: * Direct-account and stakeholder searches * Complete Month 1 partner search * Reusable Boolean logic, filters, lists, saved searches, and useful alerts * Method for classifying partners, competitors, and delivery resources * Connection note and four-message sequence for each lane * Practical outreach cadence * Lightweight external tracking system * Screen-share training so I can operate the system independently All activity must remain manual and compliant. No bots, scraping, automated messages, prohibited extensions, password sharing, account operation, or appointment setting. This is one complete 3-to-4-hour engagement. Additional work is not assumed and would require separate approval. Please answer: 1. Describe a founder-led campaign you helped design or launch. What did you personally contribute? 2. How would you target relevant people when job titles do not reliably reflect their responsibilities? 3. How would you distinguish a potential referral partner from a competitor or delivery resource among fractional vCISOs and security consultants? 4. What would you complete within the fixed 3-to-4-hour engagement, and what would not reasonably fit? 5. What evidence would you use after one month to expand, narrow, or abandon the partner lane?
