BCBA: clinical review of a printable ABA data-collection toolkit (60-75 min)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst wanted to clinically review a set of ABA data-collection materials before they go on sale. I'm building a line of behavior-data tools for RBTs and BCBAs (printable data sheets now, auto-graphing digital trackers in later batches). The math on every sheet is machine-verified (rate conversions, interval percentages), but formula verification is not clinical judgment — that's where you come in. Nothing gets listed without a BCBA's sign-off. THE TASK (60-75 minutes): You'll receive a PDF packet of six products — ABC, frequency/rate, duration/latency, interval-recording (all three methods), and scatterplot data sheets, plus a token board starter set — each with a one-page report showing exactly what the machine already verified. You provide: 1. Item-by-item flags: any field, term, layout, or default you'd change, and why 2. Answers to 6 specific design questions (e.g., is the operational-definition prompt on the ABC sheet sufficient for RBT-level staff; should per-row function hypotheses be supervisor-only; are the scatterplot legend defaults sensible) 3. An IP sanity check: none of these reference published assessments — confirm nothing strays near protected protocol content 4. A bottom-line verdict per item: would you hand this to your RBTs — yes / no / with-changes Everything is written and async through Upwork messages — no calls or meetings. REQUIREMENTS: - Current BCBA certification (please state your certification status and years certified) - Experience supervising RBTs or overseeing data collection in clinic, school, or home-based settings - Comfortable giving blunt, specific criticism — "this is wrong" is more valuable to me than politeness THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY. I produce materials in batches; if this review goes well I'd like an ongoing arrangement (per-batch or a small monthly retainer).
