Fast-paced, entertaining commentary videos built around viral clips, where the writing carries the humor, the pacing, and the retention. Your responsibilities: - Write scripts around provided clips: hooks, transitions, commentary, and payoffs - Nail the first 15 seconds. The hook decides if the video lives or dies - Write for retention: open loops, punchy lines, no filler - Match the tone of the niche: funny, casual, fast, never robotic - Deliver on deadline, take feedback, revise fast Who we want - Proven scriptwriting experience for YouTube commentary or entertainment channels in similar niches - Currently or recently writing for an active, successful YouTube channel (we'll ask) - Strong, clear communicator
