BIM Modeler Needed – Firepit Product Line (LOD300)

We're looking for an experienced BIM/Revit modeler to create a library of accurate 3D models for our entire firepit product line. Scope of work: Creation of 3D models for each product @LOD 300. Each Family must include - Accurate product dimensions - Parametric controls - Product identity - Manufacturer information - Material assignments - Product URL - Model number - Visibility controls (by detail level: coarse/medium/fine) - Plan representation - Elevation representation - Section representation - Full 3D geometry - Correct Revit category assignment - IFC export compatibility (clean export, no geometry loss or parameter drop) Requirements: - Proven Revit Family creation experience - Comfort building parametric families with nested types, not just static geometry - Understanding of IFC data mapping and LOD300 standards - Ability to follow a consistent naming/parameter convention across the full set Deliverables: One .rfa file per SKU, IFC export of each, and a short model log confirming parameters and LOD compliance.
