BIM Specialist for Large-Scale Landscape Projects

We are an international landscape architecture studio based in Madrid, specializing in large-scale landscape projects. We bridge the gap between creative urban design and rigorous technical delivery, pushing the boundaries of digital workflows across all project stages—from initial concept to IFC. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Landscape Architect or Architect to join our team on a remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in developing complex digital models, managing technical documentation, executing clash detection analyses, and overseeing document control for our international pipeline of projects. Key Responsibilities -BIM Modeling & Documentation: Deliver comprehensive architectural and landscape BIM models and production drawings across all project phases, from early concepts to fully coordinated IFC packages. -Coordination & Clash Detection: Run interdisciplinary coordination sessions, analyze spatial conflicts, and generate detailed clash reports using Navisworks and ACC. -Document Control: Maintain structured file hierarchies, manage model transmittals, and ensure rigorous adherence to BIM standards and data requirements. -Team Collaboration: Work in close sync with our core studio team in Madrid, translating complex landscape engineering, grading, and urban geometry into robust digital deliverables. Requirements (Must-Haves): -Experience: Proven professional background in architecture or landscape architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale urban or landscape projects across all design stages. -Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Software Expertise: -Autodesk Revit -AutoCAD -Autodesk Navisworks -Rhinoceros 3D -Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Preferables (Nice-to-Haves): -Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for advanced terrain modeling, grading, and site alignments. -Ownership of an active Autodesk AEC Collection and Forma Collaboration Pro license. -Computational design capabilities using Grasshopper or Dynamo. -Familiarity with the Adobe Suite for design presentation and layout. Commitment: Project-based collaboration with strong potential for long-term continuity based on project needs and studio growth.
