Backdate LLC to S-Corp

Summary

We are a personal training studio in Austin, Texas. I am a sole proprietor of the business, which is currently structured as an LLC. I am looking to backdate the business as an S-Corp for 2025 inn order to legally save on taxes. I have filed an extension. We are looking to hire an individual, or company, preferably from the US, to help us with this transition. This could lead to an annual partnership if it makes sense for both parties.
