Backend / Frontend / Full-Stack Developer – Non-Custodial Crypto Wallet (TypeScript, Web3)

We're a Japan-based fintech building a non-custodial crypto wallet, and we're hiring Backend, Frontend, and Full-Stack developers to help us build and scale the actual product — not maintain a legacy system. You'll be shipping real features on a platform actively handling client funds, so the work carries real weight. We're a small, fast-moving startup team. You'll work closely with our CTO and the rest of engineering — not buried in process for its own sake, but because we handle crypto and real money, we hold a high bar for code quality, testing, and judgment. What we're looking for: 5+ years of professional experience (slightly less considered for strong candidates) Backend, Frontend, or Full-Stack — tell us which you're strongest in TypeScript proficiency required Go or Rust experience a strong plus Solidity experience a strong plus Additional language proficiency a bonus BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field a plus Crypto, DeFi, or Web3 experience preferred Comfortable with startup pace, ambiguity, and real ownership Process: standard interview rounds plus a coding test — we want to see how you actually work through problems, not just talk about it.
