Balikesir - Mystery Shopper Opportunity: Assess Delivery Company Performance

BARE International, a leading global mystery shopping company, is looking for mystery shoppers to participate in a study evaluating the service quality of well-known and popular online shopping and delivery companies. This is a great opportunity to provide valuable feedback while getting rewarded for your participation. What You Need to Do and Process Share your residence address and phone number with us and in case of any OTPs required to assist us the verification processes while adding addresses/placing orders. You must live within the radius of 25 km from the city center of Balikesir. You will receive the orders which will be placed from our end. It will be important for you to be available during the delivery for observations. Once the order is collected you will need to fill out the questionnaire based on scenarios assigned (Normal Delivery, Doorstep Delivery or Return Scenario). You will receive approximately 14 orders which will include scenarios like Normal Delivery, Doorstep Delivery and Return Scenario. What You’ll Get You can keep the product delivered to you (worth of about 25 EUR, beauty, toys, fashion, home apparel etc) An additional shopper fee for completing the delivery experience evaluation survey: Scenario: Normal/Doorstep delivery - 12 USD per delivery/report Return scenario: 14 USD per delivery/report You will need to register on our mystery shopping platform to gain access to the questionnaire you will need to fill out. The registration takes about 2-3 minutes.
