Are a licensed architect (state does not matter) 2. English is your native language. 3. Can take my concept and provide a site plan, standard architectural pages (layouts, elevations, sections), and DRAFT structural pages (of which I will provide details for). I will have a local engineer review and stamp. 4. Know what the heck you're doing with mid-century modern design. 5. Communicate well. 6.
