US-Based CPA Needed to Sign Stripe Capital & Gynger Financing Agreements

We are a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced US-based CPA to act as an authorized financial representative for our company and review and sign financing/loan agreements that have already been approved by Stripe Capital and Gynger. The primary purpose of this engagement is to have a qualified CPA review the relevant financing documentation, confirm that the agreements and company information are in order, and sign the agreements as the company’s authorized CPA/financial representative where appropriate. This is not primarily a bookkeeping role. We are specifically looking for a CPA who is comfortable reviewing commercial financing agreements and representing a US company in connection with approved business financing. Responsibilities Review Stripe Capital and Gynger financing/loan agreements and related documentation Verify that the company’s financial and business information provided in the agreements is accurate Act as an authorized CPA/financial representative for the company where required by the financing providers Sign the applicable Stripe Capital and Gynger agreements on behalf of the company, if legally and professionally appropriate Communicate with Stripe, Gynger, and/or their representatives if clarification or additional documentation is required Review financing terms, repayment schedules, fees, and financial obligations and flag any material issues to our team Coordinate with our internal team to complete the financing process efficiently Maintain confidentiality regarding company financial information and financing arrangements Requirements Must be a licensed CPA in the United States Must be authorized to provide CPA/accounting services in the relevant US jurisdiction Proven experience working with US companies, preferably SaaS or technology companies Experience reviewing or signing business financing, lending, credit, or commercial agreements Comfortable acting as an authorized financial/accounting representative for a company Strong understanding of US accounting and financial practices Excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to complete the engagement promptly once the necessary documentation is provided Nice to Have Experience with Stripe Capital Experience with Gynger Experience with SaaS companies and recurring-revenue businesses Experience with startup or venture-backed companies Previous experience with business loans, revenue-based financing, lines of credit, or other commercial financing Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting systems Engagement Details Freelance / contractor US-based CPA required Remote Primarily a one-time engagement, with potential for future accounting/financial work Estimated initial workload: approximately 2–5 hours, depending on the documentation and requirements of the financing providers Immediate availability preferred Important The Stripe Capital and Gynger financing has already been approved. We are not looking for someone to obtain financing for us. We need a qualified US CPA who can review the relevant agreements and, where appropriate, sign as the company’s authorized CPA/financial representative so that we can complete the financing process.
